Project Description:

The commercial operations roadmap for Biogen highlighted core areas of focus around best knowledge of its Customer landscape and capability to collaborate seamlessly (internally and externally) in order to increase operational efficiency.

Global Commercial Data Warehouse (GCDW) stores extracted analytial data from various sources like Hempphilia, Tecfidera, Aspect, and Axis. Business users access this analytical data using Qlikview reporting tool.

Responsibilities:

Involved in ETL design, coding, testing and implementations.

Tuned the performance of mappings by following Informatica best practices and also applied several methods to get best performance by decreasing the run time of workflows.

Genworth has a stake in pushing regulators for a pricing methodology that would make the business more sustainable Hence, Genworth approach for premium increase in different states.

Rate action may happen in different rounds and multiple phases depend upon state approvals. When Genworth goes to state with rate increase request that is called as Round for particular type of rate action and some state approves to apply increment in premium in one phase and some in multiple phases.

Customer Financials System (CFS) is ETL and Reporting application of P&G where business does the reporting of Finance and Shipments data. The System processes Revenue and Expense data which is used for Profit and Loss realization.

Redesigned some of the existing mappings in the system to meet new functionality.

Developed mappings for extracting, transforming and Loading into DWH

Developing SQL queries based on business requirements.
