KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

oControlling on day to day General Accounting works of Unit.

oMonitoring of payment of Supplier balances

oMonitoring of Employee Advance Balances

oPreparation and Review of Monthly detail of Statutory Liability i.e. TDS and Service Tax and send the detail to make the payment before due date.

oMonitoring and Controlling on Cash transaction.

oApproval of Store purchase voucher and advice to release the payment of supplier.

oControlling on Store Transactions.

oPreparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.

oMaintaining the RG-23 C and RG-23 A Register to get the Cenvat credit on Input and Capital goods.

oMaking and approval of various ERP vouchers.

oFiling of Excise Return on monthly basis.

oFilling of VAT/ CST/Entry Tax return on Monthly basis.

oPreparation the detail for C Form/ F-Form.

oPreparation the detail of Road Permits Utilization and submits to Sale Tax department.

oMaking correspondences for release of payments, etc. through letters, emails..

oPreparing Service Orders or work Orders.

oPreparing of miscellaneous reports.
