I am an experienced and dedicated on-site safety supervisor whose true value is integrity. With over 36 years of supervisory experience and over 18 years of following, advocating for, teaching and overseeing safety procedures, I have developed a mature and responsible approach and take no shortcuts when it comes to the safety of all employees. A diversified skillset in the manufacturing industry has led to the ability to walk onto a jobsite and evaluate, problem solve and make decisions quickly. And because time and production are important to the company, I initiate proactive safety measures with the employees to minimize the interruption of workflow.

Observed and wrote up shift employees for not adhering to PPE requirements and practicing improper safety. Reported safety infractions to both Dreyfuss/Weaver and Dilling safety supervisors.
