Worked in the field of the high-end luxury residential appliances, managing with the aim to restructure the service department. Expanded operation’s department increased authorized numbers by improving inventory control of spare parts. Responsible for implementing skillful operations of the warehouse and its controls. Responsible for the certification and approval of products and assembly lines according to applicable standards set in the country.

Oversaw the assembly line of a German company in Brazil, following its specification and equipment installation, hiring and training employees, developing methods and management systems adapted to the Brazilian culture.

Extensive knowledge in ISO 9000, participated in its implementation from start until the certification of the company;

Active participation in modernization projects of plastic tools, created new lay-outs for new factory. Responsible for modernization tooling and production resources of the plastics industry. Specified new equipment, new materials. All these measures resulted in a 30% increase in production without additional manpower;

Participated in the modernization of Lorenzetti Company, specifically at the implementation of its new lay-out. Redesigned and coordinated the surface treatment industry, acquiring new equipment for the areas of plastic, lathes, extrusion, stamping and tooling. Modern techniques implemented in production such as Just In Time, creating production cells, integrating means of production, assembly lines, introduction of the earliest techniques and MTM;
