Galactic Enterprise Game for USC – September 2015 to December 2015

• Participated in a team of four to develop an educational multiplayer game for Organizational Behavior and Leadership class at USC Marshall School of Business to teach verbal conflict resolution. Designed and created the main menu and its functions, and the user interface during the game-play. Successfully launched the game on the Marshall website for the future students to play. • Supervised, performed, and trained general customer service and retail duties such as cashiering, answering phones and questions, greeting, stocking, counting cash, and writing deposit slips.
