• Listen to resident complaints & resolve issues

• Formulate resident correspondence

• Update & maintain annual licenses as required by Municipalities, Division of Rooming and Boarding House Standards

• Perform tenant security disbursements

• Any other duties that may be assigned for the smooth and efficient operation of the department

• Maintain database of current residents

• Completes all lease renewals and prepares new leases

• Resident screening, credit, criminal, etc.

• Perform unit walk through with new residents

• Write up all complaints, concerns or problems brought to attention of management and provide to Director

Office Administration and Management

• Review all files for accurate and complete documentation.

• Assist with state audits in order to continue receiving state and county approval and funding.

• Source vendors, negotiate payment terms, place orders, and schedule service.

• Conduct payroll for employees

• Maintain all employee files, attendance, vacation, personal time, etc.

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Quarterly Reports.

Legal Assistant

• Conduct legal research and transcribe legal dictation in defense litigation.

• Maintained appointment calendar, scheduling depositions, independent medical examinations, court reports,

and/or interpreters and appointments.

• Responsible for court filings, preparation of legal documentation, phones and heavy filing.
