Brass & Copper foundry professional. Asmag Ascon 400 continuous extrusion press operator. Responsible for the set up, scheduled production and general maintenance of Ascon 400 extrusion presss. Responsible for the set up, setting, breakdown, clean-up and repair of all copper cold dies. Responsible for the finish quality of all copper rod, shape as it related to finish die size within blue print specs. Responsible for the in process of all raw copper materials to include lift truck unloading as well as proper tagging and placement within the foundry. Have the following copper & brass finish machine experience: Shumag finish machine. responsible for the set up, production and general maintenance on all Shumag copper & brass rod coil finish machines.

Meeco rounds hexes and shape copper and finish machines. to include setting up, production and the general maintenace associated with the production of said machines. Foundry experience to include all lift trucks and Bobcat loaders in the production of a continuous pour brass & copper billet line. Furnace tender to include the running and charging of all furnace lines in the foundry. Material handler to include the setting of brass heats to insure the correct weights zinc, copper and lead required to run various brass alloys for finish billet brass.
