Inventory Control- Singularly responsible for the entire warehouse valued at over $500,000 in security equipment.
Orchestrate weekly inventories using Oracle for all 40 trucks (avg. $5,000 of equipment value per truck) as well as the warehouse stock.
Check mastermind daily for parts needed for upcoming jobs for each tech/truck and ensure all parts are available to complete jobs.
By checking Mastermind daily, I would ensure parts were ordered/arrive from the DC for both warehouse and to support all jobs the tech’s resulting in 100% completion for their daily jobs.
By ensuring the warehouse was stocked with appropriate parts, I decreased the tech’s job backlog over 70%.
When necessary, I would email and/or call vendors for any special order parts or parts that need to be expedited to remain at 100% job completion rate.
Communicate via Outlook to respond to emails from sales people and techs to assist as needed.
Daily utilize Mastermind to monitor the parts consumption per tech/truck and via Oracle perform transactions to correct any errors.
Make sure all E-Waste and Hazardous waste is sorted then properly packaged and schedule pickups form the waste vendors.
Verify with product vendors that parts are ordered and price sheets are accurate before delivery.
Export reports from Oracle to Excel to ensure data integrity, then completed necessary transactions in Oracle.
Shipping and receiving duties daily including preparing parts to be shipped to other ADT SSO’s from an excess report ran daily.
Had Buyer/Planner duties to plan needed parts for jobs stuck in the Parts Pending Queue in Mastermind.
Distribute required parts from stockroom for all tech’s to maintain 100% their daily jobs and made sure parts were always on hand.
