Responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring a team of DCCs for the EPCM-1 program. Responsible for the overall EPCM-1 Document Control management all through the Projects lifecycle i.e. FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction/Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, Handover etc. Supervising contractor’s information management/Document Control team.
Developing Project specific Document Control deliverables i.e. Information Management Plan(IMP), Document Control Procedure(DCP), Document Review and Approval Matrix (DRAM), Document Distribution Matrix(DDM), Superseded Document Removal Procedure(SDRP), LAN Access Protocol etc. and ensuring program-wide usage and compliance with ExxonMobil IM standards, plans and procedures.
Advising the PT on Information Management/Document Control issues.
Responsible for the filing of hardcopy (with wet signs) company’s internal deliverables and project documents and the management of hardcopy technical library.
Archiving of inactive documents (electronic and hard) in line with Exxonmobil’s Basic document retention schedule and transferring to the designated Archive center with quick retrieval procedure in place.
Overseeing the maintenance of the various projects MDRs in the EPCM-1 program and ensuring the daily logging, routing & transmission of deliverables by DCCs in the program.
Performing quality checks on all in-coming and out-going documents to ensure compliance with Company’s standards on document numbering, format and quality.

A member of MPN OIMS 4-1 Information Management compliance visitation team to all MPN Offshore and Onshore locations. The team is responsible for the training of all identified field personnel on OIMS4-1 processes, following up on MOCs, HAZOPS, etc. to facilitate drawing/document revision and ensuring that only the most current version of revised drawings/documents are available both on the facility in hardcopy and on UDOCS electronically and providing deliverables bulk loading into UDOCS etc.

Responsibilities:
My responsibilities were basically geared towards ensuring that technical & integrity critical information were current and accessible to all users for the smooth running of Erha-FPSO. This was possible by the efficient usage of ExxonMobil Information repository; UDocs, controlling the hard-copy data base and the maintenance of the inventory of all Erha-FPSO Documents for Operations (DFO) - EDs & FDs – received from Saipem.
Stewarded the revision of MOC & non-MOC driven changes on the Erha-FPSO documentation by receiving the redlined document and MOC if applicable, preparing the IMG Revision Request form, getting the necessary approvals & forwarding to the MPN CAD team. On receipt of the re-drafted document, I monitored the review by the subject matter expert through the custodian. When closed out, I initiated the superseded drawing removal process.
Supported the Brown-Field Sow Study team working on the Erha North Phase 2 Project by retrieving document references critical to the project from Erha Documentation database. I also tracked the requests for the study, issues arising, date of request closure, requester, logistics of native files (check in- check out process) e.t.c.
Supported JV-Operations Document Control Processes by preparing the attribute sheet (Indexing) of different facilities including Erha-FPSO for bulk loading into UDocs when required.
Manned the FPSO hard copy As-Built Library. Catalogued FPSO Documentation for easy retrieval by the operations and maintenance teams.
