I spent a majority of my first twenty years managing commercial construction projects throughout the country, primarily in mid west. Responsibilities included setting up systems, contracts review, and financial controls for developers and Banks, on projects ranging from 5-80 million. Projects included office, hotel and retail. I have done almost every job on a construction projects. 2015 - Current Commercial land sales and real estate brokerage, rehabbed home, Leased and consulted on new liquor store 107th and Roe, but spent a lot of time on a medical crisis with my mother.
2012 – April. 2015 Nall Hills Liquor – Overland Park, KS
Minority owner/manager - Improved sales from 780k to 1.1 million (40% increase) in less than three years, while increasing average ticket $3.80 and margins over 2%. During this period also Brokered the sale of 75 developed lots, another 11 lots, and bank owned townhomes as investment properties which had returns exceeding 10%.
2008-2012 World of Spirits – Kansas City, MO
Manager - Managed liquor store and Real Estate agent - Took over management of liquor store when owner became ill. I increased sales and modernized operation by installing point of sale system, cash controls, automated ordering and inventory system. I also sold single family homes and small investment properties during this time.
2005-2008 Seiden and Company – Steamboat Springs, CO
Owner - Built true post and beam, log-sided duplex in Fish Creek Falls area and sold one side before completion in 800k price range.. Purchased, remodeled, and sold Waterford town home for highest price in complex history, 280k. Remodeled and sold an additional three townhomes during this time.

Commercial Real Estate Agent – Managed, leased, and upgraded office properties resulting in sale of 4520 Madison on the Country Club Plaza area. Managed tenant remodel, established budgets, and handled vendor contracts.
