Technical: I have some experience in carrying out recruitment exercises and training new employees. These skills were gained while working with Eagle 8 Consulting, Business Resource Associates and First Trustees Nigeria Limited where I was required to shortlist prospective candidates for interviews, prepare interview reports, prepare clients monthly payroll, plan implementation and evaluation of training programs and evaluating feedback from training programs. My master’s degree program helped to bring further clarity to some of the exercises undertaken on the job.
Management: My experience as the Head of Customer Service Unit while working with First Trustees Nigeria Ltd for a year has added to my skills in time and people management. My previous jobs required me to manage time effectively in order to meet tasks assigned to me from start to completion.
Analytical: I quickly observe my environment for problems and improvements so as to proffer solutions. My experience in the consulting firms I worked with helped to fine tune my skills within a highly competitive work environment.
Teamwork and Communication: I enjoy working with people and strongly believe that a lot can be achieved within a team by sharing and transferring information with members of the team. I do not see a challenge working with others in other to achieve a common goal. Based on experience, I quickly learn to understand my team members and work with them in order to deliver excellent results in any given task. My previous jobs required that I work within teams on a daily basis in order to deliver on set targets. From various job roles, I have also learnt how to communicate with customers/clients and deliver excellent service.
