In this job we start with orientation in Rn’s Office as previously happened incidents than we take charge from manager and arrange group of two person to take care. Enter in the room greet the patients and open the windows and curtains. Wake up the patients and take them to shower with the help of wheel chair. One person removes the bed sheets and dirty clothes and put them in dirty linen. Put new clean clothes and bed sheets. Keep new towels . Bring the patient or elderly person back in the room . Keep them in the wheel chair and bring them towards the hall or lounge. Arrange for their breakfast as shown in the chart. Feed them the breakfast later keep them in the rest room to watch t.v. Lunch time keep them in straight position if they are in sleeping position Afternoon time tea coffee feeding to be given. Evening time while giving them soup make sure soup is not too hot. Later as per order put them in bed with their night dress.

Laundry Operations

Undertaking all laundry duties to the highest possible standard.

Ensuring all items is laundered checking the labels for correct washing and ironing instructions.

Checking and recording items sent to contract laundry for dry cleaning.

Maintaining laundry equipment in clean and safe working order.

Notifying the Manager on the need to re-order supplies (i.e. soap powders etc).

Performing general cleaning duties.

Mainly to clean and wash clothes.

In mercy Hospital I worked continuously for 3 Months in Australia.

My work comprised of :

Firstly collecting dirty linen floor to floor with the use of trolly sometimes 30 bags in a round

My first Day at my work place was heavy with 250 bag full linen to wash with the help of machine.

Other things include sorting blankets, bed sheets, towels small and big uniforms, personal clothes etc.

I worked with 100 kg capacity two machines, 80 kg capacity two machines, 50 kg capacity two machines, 30 kg capacity two machines and 50 kg capacity one machine.

Fill the clothes in the machine as per its capacity and program it as per requirements.

When machine stops we take that clean linen to dry cleaner section by trolley .

Than to fold the dry cleaned clothes by its types

Bed sheets to Iron in big Iron Machine by two persons.

Than delivery floor by floor.

Used hand gloves, Apron and Mask for safety.

Mob the floor etc.

Kitchen Hand:

All types of help in kitchen

-vegetable cutting

-washing vegetables

-sorting

-pre preparation of food

-cutting meat chicken etc

-few preparation of food like sandwiches, Burger, pizzas, fish fry etc.

-main roll to clean utensils either with the help of machine or hand.

-dispatch the waste at the end of the day.

-put off the dish washing machine.

This all duties were carried out by me at madras curry house in Australia.

Housekeeping Cleaning:

Day starts with changing dustbin bags, collecting dirty linen from toilet bathroom in trolley and set in dirty linen bags.

Put clean linen in bathroom toilets remove bed sheets pillow covers blankets and collect them in washing bags.

Replace old bed sheets with clean ones and fold them properly as a hospital corner use new pillow covers and use new blankets in proper place.

Vacuum the room clean the cupboard tables and furniture’s.

Mob the bathroom and toilets.

Once again repeat the all process in all rooms.

Machine Operations

Performing all tasks in a safe and responsible manner, reading and interpreting blueprints.

Handling the design Operations involving Process flow diagrams, sizing of equipment, Equipment Layout using good engineering practices.

Managing operations for bearing plate (20mm) which is 6mm to 8mm deep and 120mm in length.

Handling operations for fitting bearing plate under track for bolting undertaking Point, 3rd Side Plane & Head Cut, etc.

Properly and safely loading and unloading castings and raw materials in CNC machinery.

Utilizing gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.

Setting up, programming, operating and troubleshooting CNC lathes and mills without assistance.

Reducing setup time and machining through process improvements.

Recognizing, deploying & properly using inserts fixtures & tooling.

Understanding and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets.

Performing daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.

Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the machine shop work environment. Complying with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
