Designing an efficient image encryption-then-compression system.

Proposed system is used to design a pair of image encryption and compression tec-hnique such that compressing ecrypted images. The image encryption has been achi-eved via random permution. And compression is achieved by using arithmetic coding where both lossy and lossless compression is considered.
