PROJECTS:

Mini Project:

Project title: Fire Extiguisher with Gesture Robot

Language of Implementation: Embedded system.

Project Description :

The Aim of this project is to create a Robot for remote operation, which either can function autonomously or can be controlled by a human operator. The Robot is built with two way communication capability. The communication from base station to the mobot is achieved using RF communication and the feedback from the Robot to the base station is given through an IR communication channel. The Robot can be actively controlled in real time by the user who is located in the base station. The Robot has a temperature sensor on board which can be operated either using the base station or whenever a collision occurs.

Major Project:

Project title: Quodcopter

Language of Implementation: Embedded system.

Project Description :

Basic Quadcopter can be build by an ARM processor and Atmega168.The quadcopter chassis and controller system consists of controlling the flying platform in which the camera will be mounted. The main mechanical components needed for construction are the frame, propellers and the electric motors. For best performance and simplest control algorithms, the motors and propellers should be placed equidistant. Each rotor produces both a thrust and torque about its center of rotation, as well as a drag force opposite to the vehicle's direction of flight. If all rotors are spinning at the same angular velocity, with rotors one and three rotating clockwise and rotors two and four counterclockwise, the net aerodynamic torque, and hence the angular acceleration about the yaw axis, is exactly zero, which implies that the yaw stabilizing rotor of conventional helicopters is not needed.

INTERESTS &HOBBIES:

Exploring New Technologies, Web surfing,Listening music.
