Executive Administrative Assistant: Supported the program managers on the ESA IV program in the Information System and Global Solutions division of Lockheed Martin. Scheduled meetings, maintained availability of each conference rooms, updated the master list of over 100 employees on the program daily, and managed all office supplies including those used in asset management. Drafted expense reports for the program manager. Organized several successful events and conference calls both at the office and off-site. The "All Hands" meetings included over 100 employees. Marketing these events included creating original flyers, sending reminders to each employee and calling the employees.

Marketing Representative: Handled product management by helping compile and prioritize features. Understood the importance of identifying the target audience and consumers. Helped form strategies to attract them. Compiled lists of targeted prospects or affiliates and emailed them frequently and follow-up with a phone call. Community Builder, Event Planner and Social Media Marketing Specialist: Directed, mentored and motivated over 100 competitive global students with 10 seminar events with topics including empowerment with guest speaker Patrick Combs featuring a live twitter feed, personal branding to prepare for “Smart Government/Business”, the future of electronic work, resume building, preparing for interviews, how to be competitive and utilize the necessary social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) tools to establish bonds with community stakeholders. Developed strong social media marketing skills by using the program’s Facebook page and personal twitter account to promote sponsored events and seminars. This included, but was not limited to, creating original promo videos, flyers, and GIFs.

Events and Publicity Summer Intern: Supported the designers with ways to increase brand awareness, promotions to increase their merchandise within the entertainment and fashion communities, sourcing the best public relations firm to use for their specialized fashion, product placement, strategic branding and events. Utilized social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr to help designers establish a strong presence in the fashion industry.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCES:
•University of North Carolina Alumni Association: Supporting diverse relations strategies and collaborative cases to use “smart data” to base cultivation strategy investments on, effective print and electronic communications including online advocacy efforts and visiting faculty/family/alumni/reunion homecomings and state/national/abroad travel events.
•The Epilepsy Foundation: Seizure Action Plan reviews, first aid that targets college students, questionnaire for Parents of Students with Seizures and community forums.
•Knollwood: A Military Retirement Residence: Providing nurses with information, strategies and resources that will enable them to better manage the residents with seizures by supporting positive treatment outcomes ensuring a safer and supportive environment.
•Clinton African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church Youth Plus Organization: Incorporating social media into marketing strategies and the plan using online tools and applications. I led the updating of the Twitter and Facebook pages. I am leading a collaborative series of workshops bridging the church principals into practical activities that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely.
