Project Back to Basics for Canada deployment is an implementation project to achieve, streamline and integrate different business across different verticals, MDD, Pharma and Consumer in to one instance. This is to reduce number of interfaces, to increase value add, to increase customer efficiency, to increase profitability and to increase the overall competitiveness of J&J across the industry.

Responsibilities:

Attended Business process workshop for Canada deployment

Understanding of the global template for IMWM Module

Understanding the role of and integration of SAP WM over the existing 3PL warehouses and its impact on existing business process.

Providing solution to the gaps identified and to the legal requirements.

Configuration, development and enhancement as per the Global standard template and Canada specific requirement, for the following J&J specific business processes and objects,

Configuration of WM and IM Org. Structure, WM functionality with Puaway, Picking strategies and mapping for RF menu and Queue management to support all the J&J WM business processes.

RF Functionality- capability for scanning of two serial numbers during GR, creation of new RF Transaction code for Containerization, Proximity Putaway, Full pallet picking, RF directed work.

Studying and analyzing the global template, existing business processes in all the seven countries.

Auto Transfer Order- To enable Auto TO for Outbound Deliveries based with WMTA Output based on certain Business rules and Batch Job set up for Auto TO
