Project Back to Basics for Canada deployment is an implementation project to achieve, streamline and integrate different business across different verticals, MDD, Pharma and Consumer in to one instance. This is to reduce number of interfaces, to increase value add, to increase customer efficiency, to increase profitability and to increase the overall competitiveness of J&J across the industry.

Responsibilities:

Attended Business process workshop for Canada deployment

Understanding of the global template for IMWM Module

Understanding the role of and integration of SAP WM over the existing 3PL warehouses and its impact on existing business process.

Providing solution to the gaps identified and to the legal requirements.

Configuration, development and enhancement as per the Global standard template and Canada specific requirement, for the following J&J specific business processes and objects,

Configuration of WM and IM Org. Structure, WM functionality with Puaway, Picking strategies and mapping for RF menu and Queue management to support all the J&J WM business processes.

RF Functionality- capability for scanning of two serial numbers during GR, creation of new RF Transaction code for Containerization, Proximity Putaway, Full pallet picking, RF directed work.

Receipt of Serial numbers during inbound delivery creation and MRP.

Project 7 is a seven country rollout for client Boehringer. The objective of this Project is to replace the existing ERP (non SAP) with SAP with reference to an existing global template. It also involves VMI’s with 3PL (VMI’s) and 4PL warehouses and WM internal warehouses.

Studying and analyzing the global template, existing business processes in all the seven countries.

Attended the KT sessions from business, Central team and Client specific trainings.

Conducted Fit to standard workshops, system demo to understand the gaps as per the existing template.

The One Click Optimization Project is aimed to reduce the number of clicks in the Order Management cycle. From the Creation of Sales Order to final Shipment, the entire process has been automated. No manual intervention is required.

Involved in requirement gathering, confirmation of requirement and Configuration in the following Business Processes,

Auto Transfer Order- To enable Auto TO for Outbound Deliveries based with WMTA Output based on certain Business rules and Batch Job set up for Auto TO

Auto Packing- Based on Materials type, Packaging Material, Business rules, Handling Unit Management. Determination of Master data Management with Packing instructions, Condition records, Reference Materials.
