Work Scope;

To identify the Piping Fabrication and installation sequence as per Client WBS Requirement in site as per Clint requirements and completion within planned schedule.

To Coordinate with QC and Project team for all NDT Requirement and hydro testing.

To identify using P&ID, Isometric for piping size and fittings and grade in accordance with drawing and client specifications.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PipingEngineer (Piping/Site)

To Assist in resolving engineering & Construction issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units and referring to the Project & Construction Manager for guidance

To highlight piping engineering issues to client & follow-up with the client engineering team. Responsible to study the project requirement, specification and follow by document submission

To Undertake & assist engineering, planning, execution works in site as and when required by the Project Manager and his designates

Responsible for supervision of fabrication and installation of piping, Structure, items as per drawings and clients specifications

To Co-ordinates with QC, Painting Supervisors and Client representative for Hydro-test and completion as per client specifications

To Ensure field works and carry out the works in proper manner

To carry out daily reporting and monitoring at site progress in order to achieve planned schedule.

To prepare engineering documents, such as work instructions and progress reports/data hand-over status to client & Vendors & Mechanical Completion of completed CWP with all documents.

To Perform the Coordination meeting with Vendors, Client & Sub Contractors.

To lead and negotiate with project team, subcontract and client representative for technical issue, variation charges with proper maintaining Documents of the Projects.

To assist the Site In-charge in mapping out detailed work plans, activities, Lifting plan for Mechanical Equipments and piping components and tasks for the engineering projects and to prepare Work procedures, Risk assessment for installation works.

To Prioritized scope activities to most efficiently meet project schedule requirements and ensure safe work performance at site.

To plan the erection work sequence by area and the most prioritized work completion schedule and meet the target within deadline. Arrange the Crewmembers to perform the task by disseminating the drawing, location and work plan with appropriate machineries, equipment and work force.

To Ensure site housekeeping are well maintained and strictly follow proper work sequence and work flow.

To Co-ordinate with site Construction team for forth-coming installation spools, supports, structure requirement for erection, testing and commissioning works.

To Assist in the monitoring of construction materials, equipment and labor status, and report

To Assist the Construction Superintendent in assigning task to work teams and recommend changes to the work teams if they are not suitable for the project

To explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering instructions, coordination procedures, execution approach and activity priorities to the various work teams, and seeks contributions for further Progress Measurement & control.

To Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule & activities and maintain proper documentation in accordance to client’s requirements and specifications

To Estimate the project cost control & monthly progress claiming with all necessary Site instruction & Variation Order for the FPSO/Process Plants which involves the Scope of Work includes Structure, Piping, E&I, Mechanical & Equipment & Scaffolding & Painting Works & Measurement for Qty.

To Monitor the Works Progress in site measurement & daily work sequence & follow up as per the project milestones

To validating Contractors’ progress submissions and liaising with and providing support to the Project Control Manager and Contracts Engineers and evaluation of Change Order Requests.

To Reconcile measurements with clients Monitor changes on site and claim for contract variations
