Job Responsibilities with SIKANDS LIMITED (Quality Assurance Engineer):-

To handle the customer issues, complain with care and serve them at the fullest by resolving them.

To maintain the Proper Documentation of QMS of the Company.

To attend the Daily Quality Meeting of Rejection, Rework against all Lines (Forging, Trimming & thread rolling lines & etc) Problem.

To review & verify the Effectiveness of Quality Management System in the Plant.

To Prepare the Quality Gate Presentation as per Customer Requirement.

To Improve the Quality / Productivity through small improvements (Kaizen).

Responsible for Daily Preparation of PPM by Daily Defect sheet. (All lines In-house defect on daily basis).

Responsible for Daily Preparation of PPM & Q-Chart by Daily Defect sheet from Customer end.

(As per customer SRM system details on daily basis).

Responsible for collection of Customer Data & In-house Rejection Data for PPM & COPQ

(Cost Of Poor Quali ty) Presentation.

Preparation and Display of SOP(Standard Operating Procedure)/WI(Work Instruction)/OPL(One Point Lesson).

To Prepare the Problem Solving Report & 8-D Report for Customer Complaints. Key Achievement:-

Reduction in Customer PPM for TML from 10632 PPM to 0 PPM & Upgradation in Vendor Rating from E Class to B Class.
