Managed a worldwide supply chain of critical part deliveries from North America, Europe and Asia. Supervised the delivery of products and materials to other external customers between Thailand, India, Malaysia, and South Africa.

Led cross-functional simultaneous development teams composed of over fifteen Thai men and women representing their departments in the development of new products in Thailand. Led VAVE activities and interfaced proposals with customers.

Successfully launched a new product complete seat for GM, and a new plastic center console for the new model Honda Civic launched in Thailand, Japan and the USA.

Monitored, reviewed and coordinated tooling activities between tool shops, plastic injection suppliers and tooling program management teams in the US, India, Japan and Thailand.
