Analysis of tube failure in water tube boiler

Description:

Unscheduled boiler outage in power plants are a major problem resulting not only in expensive emergency repairs, but also in loss of production. Our project was focused on the failure of economizer tubes since boiler had to face forced shutdown due to the failure of economizer tube. To prevent the frequent failure, new material replacement was proposed.
