Developed and managed spreadsheet to track over 1000 submittals for over 100 equipment packages, leading to increased ability to status packages’ completeness and lead to increasing team efficiency.

Managed master PID markup set for the project, which required constant communications to primarily the piping group as well as the client in order to collect all comments into one digital and paper markup.

Established equipment specifications including: batch check weigh system, backup and maintenance hoists for accessibility, and flame arrestors.

Prepared bidtab evaluations on quotes to technically compare equipment packages for purchase.
