November 2014 to April 2016: Advent Global Solutions INC: Spent 17 months subcontracted to Unisys: Dell Certified Field Technician, covering Desktops, Laptops, All-In-Ones, Tablets and Convertibles.
March 2014 to August 2014: CMAC: Spent 5 months subcontracted to DBSchenker Logistics: Supporting Lenovo Laptops, Dell Desktops and Motorola M9090 and M9190 RF Scanner on a wired and wireless networks in a Logistical Warehouse.
April 2013 to October 2013: HOSTGATOR.COM: Junior Administrator: Telephone and Online Chat support of Client web-hosting issues in a Linux Environment. Documenting, escalating, researching, and resolving technical and billing issues.
February 2007 to February 2013: KLEIN INDEPENDANT SCHOOL DISTRICT: Network Technician: Responsible for Diagnostics, Repair and Upgrading of Network Workstations. Computers included Compaq/HP lines of Business Desktops, Laptops and Tablet PCs. I maintained the Inventory, the Coordination of the Tablet Repairs with the Vendor and assisted the day to day repair of the tablets and the workstations in a 1 to 1 environment.
October 1997 to January 2007: MICRO SYSTEM ENGINEERING: Field Service Engineer: Responsible for Diagnostics, Repair and Upgrading of Network Computers. In 2006 spent 5 months subcontracted to Kelsey-Seybold To oversee the logistics, data migration and Computer upgrades of systems at 7 clinics and 1 office complex.
