We did lots of community service through out the lower Alabama region and did many charitable events. I conducted a Christmas party for the school and did a coat drive for the homeless, along with a coinciding food drive, and two Angel Trees for students to donate gifts for children. I found a true passion for Event Planning and Coordinating through my time working as Event Chair.

Responsibilities

My responsibilities including providing patients a quick and easy check in experience. I recorded patient demographics and adhered HIPPA and safety regulations and guidelines. I worked multiple doctors boards and went out of town with multiple doctors. Going out of town with the doctors to different offices meant that I had to multitask in the office during regular work hours and get everything ready for patients and the doctors for the next day. I checked in and out patients, recorded demographics, and checked insurances. I worked at a specialist office and worked so closely with the doctors that it was almost a personal assistant type job.
