EXPERIENCE

Lease Funding Analyst (January 2015- Present)

Stonebridge Lease Financing Corporation, Oakville, ON

Ensure timely turnaround of advances to Borrowers

Ensure receipt of all contracts by lease by lease number as noted on the tranche report

Perform due diligence on sample leases and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with their facility agreement

Obtain and distribute credit packages as requested by Lenders for review

Produce tranche reports: reconcile cash flows, set rate, and distribute appropriate Advance documentation

Ensure receipt and distribution of Borrower’s and Lender’s Advance documents in a timely manner

Borrower’s warehouse lines:

Perform due diligence on all leases and supporting documents to ensure compliance with individually approved deals and with their facility agreements

Confirm payment streams, terms and amounts

Send warehouse funding requests to the bank

Reconcile warehouse balances with the borrower

Assist in system conversion from an excel bases system to an automated system
