OFFER MANAGEMENT (PROMOTION) SYSTEM – SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

SYSTEM PURPOSE: Drive households and deposits to the company by offering incentives to customers.

Implemented enhancements as prioritized by the business. Implemented an average of one enhancement a month for the past 18 months.

Supported production interruptions which have not occurred since January, 2014.

Worked within a cross functional team to redesign the Promotion System to take advantage of our multiple platform environment.

Redesigned the Tracking and Fulfillment functions with reusable modules thereby addressing the flexibility needs of the business.

Led a team of 4 off-shore, inexperienced resources to rebuild the Tracking and Fulfillment functions for a successful December 2013 install.
