Onboarding and FareWell spoc cum Employee Partner[at client site HCL Technologies Limited-Pune, October 2015-till date]

Pune being a small unit for HCL both new joining and HR functions are handled currently by 1 spoc. Individual onboarding spoc taking care of new joinees across all business lines and designations. Take care of documentation and orientation through key aspects associated with joining. Post joining regular new joinee connect to address their concerns and be buddy in new organization.

Employee partner involved handling all employee related aspects for 1100+ employees across business lines [BFSI, ERS, Infra] including captive sites. Actively engaged with employees at ground level and play role of a facilitator between delivery and employees. Involved with delivery too especially wherever employee related matters are involved.

Selected Accomplishments:

Exit and separation interview stands 85% currently.

Retention currently is 2% for Pune in current quarter.

Completed joining formalities and documentataion for almost 300 members till date.

Working with different stake holders to address seating, desktop, BGV, transport and project related matters for new hires.

Formulated plan to assure each account conducts team event, town hall and Rewards and Recognitions each quarter.

Conducted HR 1on1 session for almost 130 members in span of 3months.

Successfully deployed 3 un-deployed members for this month.

Recruitment Enabler Talent Acquisition Team[at client site HCL Technologies-Pune, March 2014-October 2015]

Role demanded fulfilling positions for Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune requirements. Active interaction with delivery, BGV team and candidates to understand requirements and skills, close verifications and have successful joining respectively. Role demanded getting profiles from different sourcing channels, resume screening, scheduling interviews either walk-in/telephonic/video based/client, first level of HR discussion, offer process, BGV closure and joining.

Successfully fulfilled 70+ positions including niche and super niche skills for various clients/accounts across India.

Ramped up one Pune project to 101members from 70 in 5months(including super niche and niche skills)
