Objectives
Finding a position in which I can be an asset through my knowledge and experience that also allows myself to expand and learn new things.
Professional Profile
I have gained more than 26 years of valuable experience working in the Manufacturing sector, covering all facets of the machining business. I started as a machine operator, then spent time working as an operations manager, and finally I had become owner. My biggest accomplishment is having successfully rebuilt two business from the ground up by generating growth through the addition and effective management of CNC departments.
Experience

I also renovated the screw machining operations and overall increased sales for the company. My time at Componex started with shafting, however, I also helped with organization, implementation of lean manufacturing principles, creating cells, tooling, new product development and management of shop employees.
Parkview Works – 1995-2000
Operations Manager/CNC Programmer
The business was having trouble operating to meet costs when I entered. In my time, I organized the revamping process by creating creating a CNC department, developing a new customer base, purchasing and programming new machines. I accomplished this while maintaining the preexisting operations and the company monthly numbers increased sevenfold.
