Deflection and Stress analysis were performed for different types of mesh namely coarse, fine and very fine.

The deflections and the stresses were also calculated using Matlab and were verified with the output from ANSYS.

This project shows the Systems Engineering approach on designing the Next Generation Car.

FMEA, QFD, Maintainability and Reliability Test, IMP, IMS and Root Cause Analysis were performed

Design of Energy Generative Suspension (Nov-Dec 2014)

Responsible for designing a suspension with a nozzle at the top capable of running a turbine to generate electricity using suspension fluid. Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance was also done for the suspension.

The Suspension was designed using CREO Parametric.

Bearing Fault Detection and Maintenance Using Vibrational Analysis (Jan - May 2014)

Project objective was to detect early faults in roller bearings using Predictive Maintenance techniques

Responsible for performing Fast Fourier Transform, Cepstrum analysis, Short Time Fourier Transform, Bessel

The data was analyzed using DEWESOFT and the graphs were plotted using Mat Lab

Design and Fabrication of Floor Cleaning Machine Using Hoeken’s (Aug - Dec 2013)
