Customer Care Operator

i am serving in bsf as a radio operator and want service for customer care executive or any other computer office work and i am pass 10+2 on 1990- 1991 and serving in bsf since1994 as a constable and 1999 i promoted to the rank of hc/ro in till date. now i am hc/ro and no any promotion after qualifing service of 22 yrs hence i want to retired from bsf
