Operations Officer/Manager July 2015 to Present

Army Field Support Battalion-North East Asia

Served as the Operations Officer/Manager and Coordinator for Army Field Support Battalion - Northeast Asia, Army Materiel Command's caretaker for Army Prepositioned Stock Set in order to provide strategic and logistical support to joint and combined forces during contingency operations. Assisted with security, accountability, quality assurance, safety, training, plans, information management, and manage operations for an organization consisting of over 525 Soldiers, DA Civilians, Local National employees and contractors located in Korea and Japan. Coordinated and executed unit equipment issue/turn-in procedures in the PACOM Theater of operations. Overseen unit readiness reporting for all APS-4 equipment, including 40 Unit Sets, 22 Operational Projects, and Sustainment Stocks, value at over $2.5 Billion.

Company Commander/Supervisor November 2013 to April 2015

Echo Company, 1st Battalion 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, Fort Carson, CO

Assumed management over a newly developing organization and placed a standard for future management team to follow. Implemented a fair and consistent training and disciplinary standards to ensure unit cohesion and readiness for a logistical company within an Aviation Reconnaissance Battalion, which comprised of 109 personnel. Established and implemented company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures that ensure readiness and production for a newly established logistical company. Company provided food and field services, maintenance, supplies, ammunition, fuel and distribution support in order for the higher headquarters to be successful during their first Aerial remote training, Arms Inspection, Tactical Field Exercise, and National Training Center rotation; organization received a high rating in training, maintenance, food services and supply section during my tenure; overseen property value at over $40 million Performs annual performance appraisals

Supply and Services/Transportation Manager January 2013 to November 2013

Headquarters, 43D Special Troops Battalion, Fort Carson, CO

Served as the Supply and Services/Transportation Manager for a Logistical Headquarters; responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and executing all classes of supplies, field services, bulk petroleum distribution and transportation operations that was executed by eight companies and three detachments. Provided supply support activity (SSA) oversight and authorized stockage list (ASL) annual reviews for the SSA. Managed and monitored the unit’s maintenance review file and the Exchange Pricing Program. Coordinated and synchronized key material handling equipment that was pivotal during the Black Forest Fire and Flash Flood disaster in Colorado. Accounted for the internal and external assignments of over 750 material handling equipment and wheeled vehicles valued at over $150 million.

Operations Manager October 2010 to December 2012

Headquarters, 15th Brigade Support Battalion, Fort Hood, TX

Served as the Current Operations Manager within a Logistical Headquarters, comprised of 571 personnel, sustaining and supporting four subordinate companies and four organic companies during the agency rapid deployment and redeployment operations/missions; consistently tracked the unit's operations by reporting significant and confidential activities during hazardous and dangerous conditions. Supervised and tracked over 200 logistical convoy operations that carried commodities and equipment value at over 300 million dollars within a hostile environment in order to provide sustainment support to over 5000 personnel.

Distribution Manager October 2008 to October 2010

Alpha Company, 15th Brigade Support Battalion, Fort Hood, TX

Served as a Fuel and Water Distribution Manager that was comprised of 85 personnel, who was responsible for the receipt, storage, transportation, and issue of all Class I (supplies) and Class III (Bulk)/fuel for internal and external support throughout the higher corporation; managed the accountability and combat readiness of 15 x M1088 tractors trailer trucks, 14 x M969 semi-trailers fuel trucks, ten x M978 HEMTT fuelers and a ten Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP) valued at over $10 million without incidents. Created the first annual unit challenge competition that simplified cohesion throughout the organization. Managed and increased the unit medical readiness by 35 percent which was essential to a major deployment.

Personnel Manager June 2004 to September 2008

United States Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL

Served as the personnel manager for a Joint Staff Section; responsible for providing in depth service to the Deputy and Director concerning classified message traffic, travel plans, awards and evaluations packets, personnel rosters, government travel and credit card actions without discrepancies. Coordinated and updated the day-to-day calendar, promotions ceremonies, distribution, correspondence, and filing system. Advised the Director on employees’ readiness and strength level in order to maintain unit production. Managed and monitored the operating budget exceeding $1,000,000. Maintained an excellent customer service reputation throughout the command and higher echelon.
