Other responsibilities included an off-site Distribution Center located in Catoosa Ok, including Kitting and direct delivery to the customer.

SWIFT-COR TOOL & ENGINEERING, Los Angeles, CA 4/1997 to 11/2004 OPERATIONS MANAGER

Operational responsibilities included Estimating, Engineering, Programming, Tooling, Fabrication, Assembly, Shipping, and Materials Management. I also, worked in tandem with the GM and Sales to grow revenues from $500k to

$2m a month, while realizing EBITDA numbers of nearly 35%. We purchased the Wichita Division at the end of 2001 through 2004 when it was considered the company’s poorest performing operation. Worked with the Team of Sheet Metal Operations to set a course of action that allowed the division to get on schedule, grow the SOW and move from -10% EBITDA to 28% EBITDA in less than 12 months. Established an estimating methodology based on the size of the part, worked with Engineering, Programming, Tooling, and Fabrication to improve yield and throughput. Implemented with the Team a Kitting Integration Site that managed the supply of 40 different vendors and delivered over 100 assemblies to Spirit Aerospace. This unit went from $4M to

$9M in sales in 18 months and we were able to take the company through a successful sales transaction. Page 3 of 3

MCDONNELL DOUGLAS/BOEING, Long Beach, CA 4/1988 to 4/1997 MANAGER PROCUREMENT: Responsible for the movement of product traditionally made In House to Outside Manufacturing. Surveillance was required reviewing backlog, including Quality and Delivery metrics to track Supplier Performance.

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER: Responsibilities included overseeing 300 Team Members in Sheet Metal and Machine Parts Manufacturing supporting the MD80, C-17 and MD11 Production lines in a union environment. My first experience in Lean Manufacturing started in 1992, training using “Malcolm Baldridge 6- Sigma” approach. MANUFACTURING MANAGER: Manufacturing Manager responsible for three departments in Sheet metal fabrication: Hydro, Stretch and Brake Forming Departments. TOOLING MANAGER: Responsibilities included the manufacture of all sheet metal tooling and wood masters. This included manufacture of templates, form blocks, joggle blocks and stretch dies, in addition to wood master models and electrical wire harness boards for assembly including any wood requirements used on Final Completion. TOOLING ENGINEER: As a Tooling Engineer I acted as the liaison between manufacturing, engineering, tool design, and the tool manufacturing departments.
