An essential part of my day was auditing and reviewing the program consultants work and ensuring their productivity met and/or exceeded daily KPI’s; held team to 150 dials or 3.5 hours of talk time in addition to 1 closed opportunity/day

Partnered with Principal Owners of DMB Financial, and was able to develop an upfront fee structure which enabled the company to take a percentage of entire consumer debt amount enrolled.
