-Developed Production Planning tool using MS Excel VBA to automate scheduling. Proposed plans to reduce inventory level from 1.7 to 1.2 days. Statistical analysis using Minitab to reduce process deviation and improve current sigma level of 4.12.
-Implemented lean principles such as 5S, 4M, line balancing, downtime reduction, inventory auditing and control.
