Directed full-lifecycle for multiple ground up commercial projects including design, development, engineering, execution and close out under a $250M dollar, 5-year IDIQ contract for the construction of both live fire and non-live fire urban operations training systems with Parsons working under a teaming agreement for the US Marine Corps. Led cross-functional integrated product teams of more than 40 professionals of various disciplines to design and execute cost effective constructible solutions for the Eastern US Region. Defined program scope from contractual system requirements to statements of work. Ensured program agreement to key performance parameters of budget, scope, schedule, quality and safety.

Managed safety and health program, integrated testing, quality assurance and quality control, product and systems integration, installation, customer acceptance, and program closeouts. These commercial projects included significant Civil, Structural and Architectural Ground Up Design/ Builds with Critical (and often redundant) Technical MEP Systems.
