Resolving conflict also plays a vital role in bringing people as a team. When conflicts arise between your colleagues, solve them in the prettiest way.

We always endeavor to create a favorable environment for us at the work place. This can be achieved by treating your colleagues equally in the office and by avoiding the negative comments at them.

In order to earn an admiration and good respect from your team, you do not need to control the behavior of others.

Clear Communication with sense of Humor

A good Communication is nothing but passing the message clearly. An effective communication will show you as an intelligent and mature, regardless of age.

A clear communication will ensure that you avoid misunderstandings. So you must be very clear what to say and how to say.

In addition to effective communication, use some class of humor once in a while. Because people usually like the person who makes them laugh. It will gain you the people's affection.
