Functions and Responsibilities:
Business Development: To achieve the organizational objectives in terms of Sales, Brand image, Business development and market presence. To identify new business opportunities, updates the management on local market conditions, to ensure standard and relevant display and merchandizing protocols, to train and develop the staff effectively on the best retailing practices.
Store Management: To ensure the availability of medicines and Para medical products in optimum level, ensure customer service and satisfaction in the unit; ensure all the regulatory requirements are met for the unit.
Inventory Management: Ensure the stock accuracy is maintained, ensure the strict compliance to target zero expiry drive, ensure the management of non moving items.
Quality Control: To ensure the unit is maintained well with proper lighting, display, and merchandizing. All the products must have high quality and longest possible shelf life; ensure that all the customers are provided with all necessary details regarding medication.
Health Insurance Handling: Dispense the medications on prescriptions issued by an authorized medical practitioner, maintaining proper claims report and its documentations. Proper handling of controlled medicines as per the UAE law.
