[April 2009- August 2014]-Restaurant Bruciapadelle Position: Manager and owner
Restaurant Bruciapadelle was located in the center of Lido di Ostia, a district of Rome close to the sea. During the summer the restaurant was very busy every day with 1100 customers per week. I managed up to 15 waiters. Its specialties were fish, meat, pasta (carbonara-amatriciana etc.) and pizza. The restaurant incremented the incoming and profit 30% each year. Key responsibilities

Position: Manager
Grif s.r.l. was a company that provided catering for international and national fairs and events
(approximately 10 fairs per year). It had its own stonework stands in the fairs in Palermo, Siracusa, Messina, Naples, Foggia, Bari, Rome, which produced sandwiches, wood-fired pizza bar service with pastry, crepes, waffles, ice cream and popcorn.
We employed between 20 and 60 employees according to the importance of the event. I managed budgets up to 130.000,00 Euros for event. Incomings during each event (15 days for instance) often reached 300.000,00 euros. We occasionally served up to 2000 customers in one day. Key responsibilities

Position: Manager
Grif sas was my father’s company; the core business was catering during fairs and events. As manager I had the opportunity of: working in the kitchen and using kitchen equipment (slicer, industrial fryer, grill, espresso machine, etc.), managing employees, place supplier’s orders, driving the company truck (I have a truck and bus driving license) and develop my ability to solve problems quickly.

Position: Italian anti-craft army soldier and rank of lieutenant During the 16 months in the Italian army I had to study the anti-craft missile system. I had firing range training with 5 different types of guns and machine guns I learnt to adapt to severe discipline and hard work and obey orders as well as command my own soldiers.
