Planned and obtained Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) approval of the MAPP system support, five-year enhancement plan, and budget.

Managed vendor contract negotiations, vendor relationships, resources, scope, schedule, costs, tracking and monitoring of the development and enhancement projects.
