Built assembly fixture and lines for one piece to prototype runs with continues engineering design changes. Designed, produced, and repaired tooling for parts fabrication. Changed assemblies and operated drill presses, milling machines, grinders, and band saws. Performed preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on the cater pillar hub line.

Communicate with tool room manager and tool room Area/Shift leaders, and other plant personnel about tool room concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.

Assist in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs for all tooling equipment.

Build steel assembly fixture, blank dies, form dies and pierce dies. Requisitioned material, marked up for machining and tracked progress for all projects.
