Regional Manager Operations, Master Sergeant US Army Dallas Recruiting Battalion, March 2002
to September 2014.
• Principle leader in daily operations of 45 military employees, responsible for Recruiting over 500 individuals for the US Army Reserve Command on a yearly basis, liaison to Army reserve commands, National Guard, Air Guard, Navy reserve commands.
• Liaison to seventh senior enlisted advisor reserve forces at pentagon for area of operation to improve incentives and recruitment programs.
• Manages all Human Resource functions of the organization in regards to personnel, employee relations, job performance, policies and procedures, EEO, resources, legal issues, retention, and training plans.
• Develops short, mid, and long term goals and strategies for the organization.
