Supervised facility operations ensuring the annual production of 120M+ pounds of material, on time and within budget. Functions included reaction, distillation, flaking, grinding, blending, spraying, and packaging. Managed five unique departments, 90 team members, and five management staff. Worked with Safety Manager to ensure an optimal working environment. Handled weekly payroll implementing digital platform. Hired and trained additional team members. Set up and produced trial productions, coordinating with multiple cross-functional departments. Troubleshot equipment as needed to resume production runs quickly. Conducted facility tours for customers, auditors, and corporate employees.

Key Achievements:

Converted facility from a five to seven day work week with no interruption to process, resulting an increase in production yield of 10M pounds per year, and reduced overhead of $250K in overtime.

Worked with engineers to increase reaction process, replacing two 5K pound reactors with 20K pound.

Catalyzed the increase speed of distillation process, increasing daily yield from 110K to 190K.
