Design engineering tasks includes design, drafting and analysis of new systems, new components and refurbishment of existing systems. Project management includes the installation and or removal of new and refurbished systems and components. Responsible for cost, schedule and on-site supervision. Position requires significant interaction with sales and customers. Software includes AuotCAD 2D and Solidworks 3D design and simulation. Certified OSHA 10\30, aerial equipment operator, forklift operator, crane operator, as well as respirator trained and first aid\cpr.

Antenna Measurement Systems [Electromagnetic\Mechanical Products]. Includes both individual and management level contributions. Leading and mentoring a talented group of mechanical engineers, mechanical designers and engineering technicians. Responsible for the research, design, development and testing of cryogenic products for the super conducting magnet industry. Additional responsibilities included customer relations, manufacturing support, supervision of laboratory technicians, and management of the OSHA-approved safety program.
CRYOGENICS INDUSTRY – Manufacturing Eng. Manager, Sr. Mechanical Engineer November 2000 – November 2006
Member of a core group of scientists, engineers and technicians who provided cryogenic expertise to several area companies and institutions including Air Products, APD Cryogenics, APD Sumitomo Cryogenics, Advanced Research Systems and Cold Edge Technologies, Scripps Institute, MIT, National Laboratories, and Universities. Projects and devices included a Neutron Beam Cryogenic Instrument for the Spallation Neutron Source at ORNL, a Modular Cryogenic Storage System that significantly enhanced the economics of asset refurbishment, a test chamber for a Compact Atomic Accelerator used in a novel Proton Beam Therapy application, research and development, and process development and manufacturing optimization.

A highly effective management training program consisting of two distinct assignments including manufacturing engineering and new product development.
