All India Management Aptitude Test(MAT) for Coimbatore Centre-Conducted many times.

Management Consultancy Projects have been successfully completed SVPISTM as Principal Investigator. I have handled Consultancy projects in all India level and various state levels for National Textile Corporation (NTC), a PSU under the Ministry of Textiles and various Handloom Clusters. Market research, report writing with good editing and communication skills. This is detailed in the following manner.Consultancy Projects:As Principal Investigator, handled successfully consultancy projects as follows

a. Customer satisfaction Survey for NTC New Delhi 2010-11 as Principal Investigator (Rs.5,00,0000).This is an pan India Consultancy project. The product divisions of Yarn, Fabric and Retail Marketing Division were studied and customer segments were surveyed all over India and their satisfaction was studied. SPSS software was used in the analysis of data. The suggestions for improvement of Customer satisfaction and retention were provided.

b.Cooptex Market Survey for ten mini clusters across Tamilnadu in 2010 as Principal Investigator (Rs.5,00,000).This is a study conducted all over Tamilnadu for tem mini handloom clusters. The market for Handloom products of these clusters was studied. Marketing suggestions to improve the sales and income of handloom weavers were provided.

c. Skill Gap Identification study for Apex cluster Development Services, Tiruppur 2010 as Principal Investigator (Rs.80,000).This is a study to assess the skills of work force in the Tiruppur knitwear cluster. The gap in the skills required and existing skills was identified. Suggestions to reduce the skill gap and to improve the profitability of Knitwear industry in Tiruppur was provided.

d.Market survey for Thirubhuvanam handloom cluster 2012 as Principal Investigator(Rs.50,000). This is a study to suggest product diversification to the silk weavers of Thirubhuvanam. Suggestions to improve sales and income of handloom weavers were provided.

e.Market survey for Chennimalai handloom cluster 2012 as Principal Investigator(Rs.90,000). This is a study to suggest product diversification to the handloom bed sheet weavers of Chennimalai .Suggestions to improve sales and income of handloom weavers were provided.

f.Market survey for Tiruppur handloom cluster 2012 as Principal Investigator(Rs.50,000).This is a study to suggest product diversification to the handloom silk saree weavers of Tiruppur. Suggestions to improve sales and income of handloom weavers were provided.

4.Another seven and a half years as Academician in Management Department of various colleges.

5.Industrial experience of one year in Onida involved in durables marketing.
