PRWeb electronic press releases with key worded phrases embedded in each release linked to corporate website were launched in a new campaign to release a news release each month through PRWeb service, which created over 100K impressions worldwide with the first releases in 90 days.
Thomasnet.com was subscribed for the first time to feature product information and developed a strategy for linking 35 keyword links to place Va high in search engine searches on Thomasnet.com and linking to The Company’s Product Showecase Page on the 115-year-old Thomas Registry of American Manufacturing, which one of the key sources used by engineering designers and purchasing managers world to locate products, specs and pricing.
2013-2014

Managed day-to-day and sales & marketing for a distributor of commercial aircraft parts.
This was a turnaround of a 22-year-old company and required a complete and thorough organizational restructuring, including employee terminations and hiring; consolidation if departments, design and implementation of a new employee benefits program
In first year, the new sales & marketing plan resulted in a 54% increase in sales, year-year, from May 2013 through May 2014. This was recognized in an article in June 2014 in The Journal Record, which is the leading business newspaper for Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
Implemented the firm’s first social media sites and strategy, including Facebook, Twitter and PRWeb.
Designed new brochures, trade show exhibit booth and led the creative team for a new corporate web site.

Responsible for program management of the E4B and C-17 Boeing USAF programs, including reporting weekly status on programs; chairing weekly production meeting with shop leads and coordinating special replacement parts purchasing with Boeing.
The two programs were worth approximately half of the Company’s revenue and required close collaboration with Boeing Engineering and Purchasing in Oklahoma City, Wichita, Offut AFB in Nebraska and Long Beach.
Served as the inside sales rep for Southwest Airlines and US Airways and managed a staff of CSRs.

Responsible for starting heat transfer component line at the Wellington facility from the ground floor, which generated $2 million in new revenue the second year and $6 million by year six.

Responsible for a worldwide OEM and Aftermarket sales territory for the Forest plant that resulted in a 30% increase in new business in five years, including the largest new program win in years for the facility – the Northrop Grumman Global Hawk Liquid Cooling System ($45 million win over the life of the program)
