Provides assistance to Site management during incident investigations.

Participates in JSA and Risk assessments.

Understanding country specific HSE regulations and communicate these requirements to Sub-contractors and workers.

Monitors the work force to establish that they have received adequate HSE training and instructions and are aware of the hazards associated with their work.

Instrumental in gradually steering the safety culture of these yards from reactive to pro-active in a matter of six months.

One of the key HSE Department personnel who played a supportive role in helping Drydocks World Dubai achieve the British Safety Council Five Star Facility status and winning the BSC Sword of Honor Award for 5 consecutive years. The BSC Sword of honor is the most prestigious international award in the sphere of health and safety and is awarded to an organization's specific site that has demonstrated it has a culture of best practice for health and safety throughout.
