‘Clique Development Ltd.’ is an EPC company engaged in the manufacturing of solar boiler based on Concentrated Solar Thermal (CST) technology. Which in terms delivers hot pressurized water, hot thermic fluid and steam using solar energy.

Assisted with project cost estimating, materials selection, quality assurance, transition planning, approval procurement and project close-out documentation.

Preparation of BOM, P&ID’s and PFD for the project.

Preparation of RFQ and Datasheets for various mechanical items, raw steel material and instruments etc.

Performing engineering calculations as and where required to verify applicable code requirements.

In process and final inspection of pressure vessels - Steam Accumulators, Steam Header, Receiver, piping items - Pumps, Valves, NRV’s, Pressure Gauges, Pipe Fittings and raw steel materials as per ASME & IS Standards.

Supervised and coordinated with erection team for timely delivery of the project.

Investigate, analyze, diagnose - equipment failures and faulty operation, and make recommendations to maintenance crew.

Real-time monitoring, analyzing and preparing performance report of systems installed at various sites.

Providing necessary inputs to Project and Purchase department in vendor evaluation, selection, expediting and its documentation.

Design and Fabrication of Regenerative Braking System (during engineering). Description: The project was based on the way of slowing vehicle by using the motors as brakes. Instead of the surplus energy of the vehicle being wasted as unwanted heat, the motors act as generator and return some of it as electricity.

Battery operated Toggle jack (during diploma).
