Qualifications and current projects
Coordinating the re-bricking and waterproofing of the building. This included working with architects, construction companies and The City of New York. I oversaw daily sight safety inspections with the on sight safety manager. Since my time here I have supervised the renovation of elevators, upgrades to all plumbing including water and sewer and upgrades to most of the electrical. I work well under pressure and have managed the building under times of crisis including fire, flooding, and major power outages. I am a retired Master Electrician, Master Plumber and am a former HVAC instructor.
