ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Applying techniques of Fine Cuisine that I learned in France, but using products available in our environment, resulting in the creation of astonishing dishes, means french recipes adapted to our palate, or a certain dessert with the same taste and presentation, but far less calories.

My inclination towards cuisine comes from as early as my childhood, when I used to play in the kitchen watching my maternal grandmother cooking. From her I learned extraordinary European dishes, with those "secrets" transmitted verbally from generation to generation and that unique "touch" that gives a meal that homemade taste that we so much long for nowadays.
