•Led the technical response team for a multi-year, billion dollar project based on Green technologies, Green data center designs, and massive instrumentation of the planned community.

•Responsible for the ability of various client organizations to ensure continuity of service and support for their customers, employees, and business partners, and to maintain viability before, after, and during an event.

•Responsible for development and implementation of solutions within Business Resilience which includes business continuity, traditional IT disaster recovery or IT recovery, and high availability solutions which focus on security, facilities, infrastructure, data and applications, processes, and organizations.

•Responsible for development and implementation of complete business continuity solutions involving all aspects of the enterprise including people, organizations, business processes, networks, facilities and IT infrastructure.

•Responsible for the development and implementation of IT Continuity solutions which address data, the operational environment, applications, the application hosting environment, and the end user interface. Solutions require covering a collection of services, software, hardware, and procedures to be selected, described in a documented plan, implemented, and practiced regularly.

•Responsible for the development and implementation of Business Continuity Infrastructure Solutions which fell into four key areas; Service Level Management, Recovery, Backup and Restore, and Availability.

•Responsible for the development and implementation of continuous operations solutions which refer to the non-disruptive backups and system maintenance coupled with continuous availability of applications during normal operations; helping ensure service level attainment as required by the business.

•Responsible for the development and implementation of IT Recovery solutions including solutions which provide the ability to quickly and reliably recover from various conditions ranging from operational outages and errors (such as a corrupted database or a system failure) to major disasters such as the loss of a data center.

•Responsible for the development and implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions which address the set of resources, plans, services and procedures to recover and resume mission critical operations at a remote site in the event of a disaster. Often DR requirements include stated disaster recovery goals (for example, resume normal operations within 8 hours) and acceptable levels of degradation

•Responsible for the development and implementation of High Availability (HA) solutions which implies a fault tolerant, failure proof infrastructure, ensuring continuous application processing. HA is defined as the ability to withstand all outages (planned, unplanned, and disasters) and to provide continuous processing for all mission critical applications. HA implies a more demanding Recovery Time Objective

(RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO), as compared to DR. Specifically, it provides for a fully automated failover to a backup system to approach the goal of no user interruption and granularity, as it can target individual critical resources within a system. 2006 -- 2007 Global Complex Opportunity Support (GCOS) Consultant

•Provided direct field assistance for large, complex infrastructure opportunities worldwide.

•Worked with customers to streamline their technical architectures, implement cost-effective systems, reduce complexity and increase the value that IT brings to their business.
