I worked at Utilimaster Corporation as a line foreman from 1993 to 1995 when I was promoted to Assistant Plant Manager, I continued my position there until 2002 when I was recruited by Forest River to help create a new Commercial Vehicle Division, I started as a line foreman and continued my duties until 2005 when I was promoted to the Plant manager where I planned, directed, coordinated and assigned manpower to efficiently meet production requirements. I supervised first shift operations and more than 58 production and assembly line staff.
